Damage-prone poster
Keep the content short and consider Q. Higher recovery adds damage tolerance but also density.
Make QR codes easy to scan
Content length, error correction, contrast, and quiet space all affect scanning reliability.
Shorter content stays simpler
Longer text creates a denser code. Prefer a concise URL and only essential information for small displays or print.
Balance error correction
Q and H can recover from more damage but create denser codes. M is suitable for many screens; consider Q for print.
Keep the four-module margin
The output includes a four-module quiet zone. Cropping it or placing the code on a busy background can reduce recognition.
Encoding boundary and limitations
Input is encoded as UTF-8, but the 1,200-character limit measures JavaScript string length rather than encoded QR capacity. Actual capacity changes with byte length and error correction. The page does not validate URLs or guarantee a scan, so test the final size and device before distribution.

Does it verify that a URL opens?
No. Test the destination and the generated code yourself.
Can a printed static QR destination change later?
No. The encoded content remains fixed unless the destination itself redirects.
Can I encode Korean text or emoji?
Yes. The generator uses UTF-8 bytes. Final recognition still depends on the scanner, contrast, size, and print condition.
Which recovery level should I use?
Balance damage tolerance against code density, then test the final size and material.
